By accessing or using the Storytime Studio mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Storytime Studio. The App is designed for parents and guardians to create personalized stories for children.

Storytime Studio is an AI-powered application that creates personalized bedtime stories for children. Our Services include:

• AI Story Generation
• AI Illustrations
• Read-Aloud Feature
• Story Library
• Cloud Sync

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

All payments are processed through the respective app stores (Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing). We do not directly process credit card information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

You retain ownership of the personalization information you provide. By using our Services, you grant Storytime Studio a limited license to process your information to generate stories.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Misuse AI features to generate inappropriate content

Storytime Studio and its licensors own all rights to the App and its underlying technology. Stories generated are for your personal, non-commercial use.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we implement content filters, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
